Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost?

There is a platform fee per transaction plus the operator fee (M-Pesa, e-Mola, etc.). We do not charge a setup fee. Rates are on the fees page.

How long does integration take?

Payment links are available after you create an account. For the API, timing depends on your project; documentation is at paysuite.tech/docs.

Is there a test environment?

Not at the moment. We do not currently offer a test environment. Once your account is activated, all transactions are real.

How do I withdraw my balance?

From the dashboard, via M-Pesa or bank transfer. Minimum amount and processing time depend on the channel.

Which payment methods are supported?

M-Pesa, e-Mola, Mkesh, Ponto24, Visa and Mastercard.
